Shipping Policy

At Goutam Madhu, every order is handled with care and sincerity — just as we craft our creations. We aim to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely, on time, and wrapped in the same warmth with which it was made.

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver only within India, through trusted partners such as India Post, Blue Dart, and DTDC — ensuring your order travels securely to your doorstep.

  1. Processing Time

Each order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.

  1. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery window is 3–7 business days across India. Deliveries to remote locations may take a little longer, but we assure you — it’s worth the wait.

  1. Shipping Charges

We believe joy shouldn’t come with extra cost. Hence, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.

  1. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website until it reaches you.

  1. Payment Mode

At present, we accept Prepaid Orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, lost, or undelivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll look into it promptly and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Address Accuracy

Kindly ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.

Return & Refund Policy

At Goutam Madhu, we value your trust deeply. Each order is prepared with care, and we wish every product to bring joy and satisfaction. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to make it right.

  1. Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
If you receive such an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and order details at our official contact email.

Once your request is verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Please note: We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike, minor differences in color, or change of mind — as each product is carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

  1. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  1. Non-returnable Items

Certain categories may not be eligible for return or exchange (for example, digital products, personalized items, or perishable goods). Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the product description when applicable.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly — by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
